EU economy is very bad, Germany faces big crises, DXY went lower to fill the gap, but overall DXY is going to long

Stay on short on eurusd, given all the fundamentals of each eu countries (emphasis on Italy)

US economy is bad as well, and the US will soon need to cut interest rates, which will send the DXY lower later this year. Seems like it is two bad economies, fighting for which is less worse, lol.

Bulls dropped back! Not convinced yet. Must break above resistance and stay above. Meanwhile bear might bring it back to the base and lower.

Today, the EUR/USD pair saw fluctuations after the ECB announced a 0.25% interest rate cut, which was in line with market expectations. However, the pair moved higher to test resistance following the release of weaker-than-expected US GDP data. Despite this, the gains were short-lived as discussions about additional ECB rate cuts in March and concerns over a potential German recession caused the pair to stall.

Currently, the pair is trading within a range, with support at 1.0383 and resistance at 1.0467, likely to remain in this pattern until more significant developments occur. The upcoming US PCE data release is anticipated to introduce further volatility to the market.

EURUSD has declined to the base and further to 1.0376 following Trump's announcement of tariffs on Canada and Mexico due to fentanyl issues, set to be implemented this Saturday. Currently, I anticipate the support level might break, potentially paving the way to 1.0341/31. On the upside, 1.0432/42 is expected to cap any upward movements toward 1.0467.
