working with LLMs is sending a series of commands and you can't expect to get a 100% satisfactory answer after one prompt.
The rule "shit in - shit out" works here.
What I posted above didn't cost me any effort, it took two minutes, and as for me it heavily cleaned up the previous version of the code, but it also requires further prompts, LLM itself asks for them: Signal Logic: Added basic HalfTrend calculation (you need to implement full logic).

I respect that everyone may have a different opinion about LLMs, I use them every day, they help me (I code in different languages).
It's just necessary to try and know how to use them.

Yes, you are probably right.

I have now opened chatGPT and tried to train it. I gave him a standard indicator and asked him to change it, the first time it was crooked, I started directing him through MQL links. Then he again asked to correct the indicator, he more or less managed it. I noticed that he sometimes talks such nonsense. You need to correct it sometimes.

Twice before I have asked for help in this Forum to convert an MT4 Expert to MT5, but without success. ( posts 74,554 and 74,627 )
Now I am asking you for help because this is very important to me and you are proving to be a helpful person.
The Expert works with 2 indicators that may also need to be converted in order for the Expert to work properly.

I replied to your post because I wanted to tell you that from my own experience I know that if you are working with LLMs it is best not to use one, but different ones. Recently deepseek has been messing up the market a lot, where OpenAI chatGPT was the leader, and actually “reasoning model” R1 can describe the actions it performs with code.

DeepSeek is free, so it's best to create an account, upload the code I gave you and your error log, you will get a detailed description of what is wrong in the code, by the way you can learn a little

Also try ClaudeAI.

Please can someone help with this indicator, i turned on the alert but it also alerts when the indicator isn't showing at all on the particular time frame I'm on. Although i don't know if it formed on another timeframe. Also i will love for the alert to sound only when it touches an unmitigated zone

Best im so grateful for a superbly done MAGICWAVE ENTRY POINT, actually what im trying to achieve is from the BLACKDOG strategy, and you got it right many thanks for this .Please if its not too much please and please kindly help me to make the attached dead indicator alive you wont believe it i never knew it was among the BLACKDOG squad and it looks like a replica of MAGICWAVE but i dont know if it will work like it, the only other observation is i dont know why its not displaying for the SELL scenario in the attached screenshot CHFJPY but all in all i love it the RULE here is to follow the direction of the last BLACK ARROW. Thanks in a million ways

Which indicator is dead and how do you know that?
If you expect me to sit and watch those indicators, then you are mistaken.
You already have all you need with that added alert to the MagicWave.
Reality is that when there is a trend, there is a trend, and the price will move.
If the trend ends, or stalls for any reason, there is nothing we can do about it, and no indicator can predict such a situation.
You are just adding moving averages, like that could change anything???
Two additional sets of two MAs won't change anything.

Example of a clear trend:

Example when trend stalls:

When this happens, you don't know. IOW, you always need to follow your system. So when you get a "Black Arrow", you need to go in that direction. And in this situation you will always be losing multiple times. Because you don't know what the price will do, if it's going to go in the direction, or if it's going to do this sideways shit.
