1) Past few corrections bounced back and changed direction from this trendline - at todays bottom, what is the possibility of that repeating?

2) I am new - but can you guys tell me what was the driver for the big correction back in late Feb/early March - it dropped 1700+ pips in less than 2 tweeks - How severe is present condition compare to Late Feb? What is the probabilty of this turning out to be a correction that severe?

1. yes.. trendlines in summer are very weak... I expect to trade with indicators instead of trendlines this august.

2. i think it is being severe... but.. if you see the daily chart... that -2000 pips in february.. didn't change at all the slope of the big trend after it.

it may break the trend line... but be careful... if you havent got in to this trade.. please dont as we will have a another trade at the begining of the week.. a less riskier one.

I am no auslanco but I do my best to not leave trades on the table over the week end. Of course I am not a 4hr position trader either. I am just like you, still learning and can not leave 100 to 500 pips out there for a draw like others can. BUT perhaps in a few weeks with the help here I might become that kind of a trader.

Hi.

If you hold over the weekend then you have no idea what will the price will be when the market opens on Monday. If you close your position now then you will have the knowledge of what needs to be done next week to get you back into profit.
