The issue you're experiencing is due to having the same three symbols loaded in the Trade Manager across multiple chart windows. As a result, the system is taking partial profits from all three charts, which is why it hasn't reached your final take-profit target.

The latest version of Trade Manager offers the option to save settings from the panel and create templates that can be quickly loaded. This is a highly useful feature for traders using different strategies on the financial markets, as it allows you to easily switch between various settings tailored to each strategy.

The buttons to save and load settings are located on the left side of the main panel.



Creating a Settings Template

 

1. Prepare the settings – Set all parameters in the main panel that you want to save.
2. Save the template – Click the button with a disk icon on the left side.

3. Name the template – A dialog box will appear where you can enter a name for your new template and confirm by pressing “OK.”

If the name already exists, the program will ask if you want to overwrite the existing file. Click “Yes” to replace it with the new settings or “No” to enter a different name.

Once saved, you can easily load the template from the list of available templates.

Loading a Saved Template

To load a saved template:

1. Click the folder icon on the left side of the main panel.

2. A list of available templates will appear, sorted alphabetically. Templates marked as favorites (with a star) will appear at the top.

3. Select a template by clicking on its name in the list.

Managing Saved Templates

You can manage saved templates in the following ways:

1. Add to Favorites – Click the star icon next to the template name to make it appear at the top of the favorites list. The star will turn yellow. To remove the template from favorites, click the star again, which will turn gray.
2. Rename Template – Click the pencil icon next to the template name. In the dialog box, enter a new name and confirm by clicking “OK.” If the new name already exists, the program will ask if you want to overwrite it.

3. Delete Template – To delete a template, click the red “X” button next to the template name.

Summary

The template save and management function enables you to create different settings for various trading strategies, allowing quick switching between them. This feature helps you effectively manage strategies and adjust settings to meet your current trading needs.

(1) How can I move the Dashboard on the MT5 platform to my desired location?
(2) I want to set a limit of 10 total lots for my orders, and please guide me on how to fix the lot size. For example, I want to set each lot to 0.03, and have a total of 10 orders, no additional orders should be placed once the total number of orders is reached.

Hello, watchersc01 you can move your dashobard left right or center or you can use Y position and you can move it in the corners as well this is the best for you to play around with the numbers for Y position. Please check image below :

Right click on chart go to Expert list - Properties Inputs - Panel and you can choose from there what position you would like Trade Manager to have



For second part for limit of total 10 orders you need to split them. So in the Trade Manager you need to pick function none and add the 0.3 lots in there as you will see then 10 parts means 10x0.03 , afterwards you need to right click on chart Expert List - Properties - Inputs - Max Lot change the number to 0.03 so it will split your orders in 10 orders 10x3=10 0.03 0rders

Purchased this Trade manager last week, and i want to know how to include commission to my sl amount cuz i kept getting deducted commission amount aside my Fix risk amount. pls any help

Kindly refer to the image below for guidance. To proceed, please navigate to the 4th tab and locate the section labeled "Include Commissions," based on your broker's fees. For instance, if your broker charges $1.50 per side, you will need to input a total of $3.00 in the commissions field.


Please check as well Autodetect commision function below :
In the program parameters you can turn on the “Auto detect Commission” function (set it to TRUE), so program will try to read the commission amount for 1 lot for the current symbol based on the order history in the moment of program run

Hello, qwerty753, To automatically adjust the lot size while the market is moving, please ensure that the following two settings are enabled:

1. Automatically Adjust Open Line to Current Price
2. Freeze Stop Loss – This will allow the lot size to adjust automatically as the price moves.

Alternatively, you can click on the "Pin" icon and select "Unpin" to freeze the stop loss. For additional reference, please see the last two images below.
Furthermore, you may use the designated hotkeys to Pin/Unpin the stop loss, as demonstrated in the image at the bottom.

My intention is to move stop to BE+1 after 10 pips of profit. What am I doing wrong?

Hello, DowScalper Based on the image you've provided, it appears to be slightly unclear, but I can guide you on the necessary steps to adjust your trade settings as requested.
To ensure the functionality you're looking for, please follow the steps below:

1. Activate: Set the activation to 10 pips.
2. Profit: Set the profit level to 1 pip.

With these settings, once your trade reaches 10 pips of profit, your stop loss will automatically be adjusted to 1 pip of profit, instead of moving it to breakeven.
