Could be in for a choppy day. Good economic news from both Euro zone and US. Dollar index has been choppy as folks digest Trump statements about tariffs. Not sure yet if we've found a new bottom or this is just a stall before moving lower.

trump is a negotiator, i don't think we should take most of what he is saying at face value (at least economics, border control and that stuff i don't know), it's all to push the other side to give him concessions. If they don't give him nothing that's when we need to take him seriously I'm afraid.
Buy American cars, discounts on the panama canal, etc... what he says besides the big titles.

The EU, Canada, Mexico, etc... they will cave in just like they did before, some concessions, some tariffs back and forth but not a full out war. My 2 cents.

The worst part is that tariffs work just like inflation, once they go up, they will never go down. Every little bit hurts.

That's exactly even if war in Ukraine ends still economical problems from tarrifs will exist. Trump is always braging for his negotiational skills

Trump lost his marbles before his first time in office. I would be really surprised to see Putin end the war because Trump told him to.
I for one don't think Trump has any negotiating skills.

Currently, the EURUSD is attempting to stabilize around the 1.0300 level following a drop to 1.0273 earlier today. If the pair moves higher either before or after the upcoming FOMC meeting, it is likely to encounter resistance at 1.0357. At this point, the EURUSD might either consolidate or decline further. However, if there is a significant move upwards, this could signal a potential reversal, provided fundamental factors also support such a move.

EUR/USD is currently trading near 1.0300, with a bearish bias but holding support at 1.0273 for now. A break below this level could open the door to the next support at 1.0247. On the upside, bulls need to push the pair above 1.0331 to aim for higher levels, with resistance seen at 1.0357.
