We got a bearish Monthly close and bullish closes for higher TF (Y/6M/Q)

Weekly close is irrelevant.
So we should expect a zigzag movement during Q1-2025.

Been following for a while now, enjoying your posts.
Could you please provide a few example charts/details about what you mean by bullish and bearish retests? Do you look for candle patterns, or momentum in terms of long candles, candles with no wicks, breaks in structure etc?

Thanks for your post!
I'm just referring to the single candle that retests the breakout. When that candle closes, is it closed outside the opening range? is it a bullish candle (when you want to buy) and vice-versa for sell? Does it a large wick?
If you look to the previous two examples, the retests were against the planned entry. Hence, no interest for me to trigger the trade.
There're many other examples in the thread if you would like to go through them.
Hope it's clear. Keep it simple.

Price is at Monthly Resistance which is a key level. It might be a fake breakout. US Data came green, but still below 50.
It's not clear to me which direction is going.
Will wait for additional signs. GL!
