Can't see it breaking out other than up, tried to go down too many times and failed, can't establish a proper low as it keeps making high lows

Morning Family .. Gold followed a familiar pattern today, triggering stop-outs on shorts during the Asian session. Prior to PRE LS Open, It dropped 40 pips, then spiked 50 pips, clearing stops and leaving little opportunity to adjust positions. Notably, these moves consistently occur during key times which i consistently have been highlighting. For the rest of the day, the trade tends to follow the established direction. Finally, I’d like to highlight another crucial aspect traders must consider when trading: volume and spreads. Candle spreads provide insights into market movement. Low spread with no volume suggests a lack of market interest, Low spread with high volume indicates significant order filling, High spread without notable volume often means Institutions are shifting prices to areas with more pending orders, High spread with notable volume signals the start of a "Run for Profits." Understanding these elements can significantly enhance your trading decisions.
