Sending info to URL when condition is met

Hi,

Is it possible to send data to a URL (ie, to a php script which handles data inputted by GET or POST method of form)?

Can someone please tell me if something like this is possible in MetaTrader.

A workaround is to use the FileOpen() function to write the data to a text file. A 3rd party application can poll this file for modification attribute changes, and then parse the new data and send it.

Is it possible to send trade signal from MT4 to specific e-mail address. For example when trade is executed report is send to an e-mail. Is it possible?
