Sorry, but looking at your lines, I see no rule which could be normalized into an indicator.
You are just plotting manually what looks like a valid level from the historical point of view.

Master BestTraderEv, few minutes ago I attached indicator on the chart EURGBP at TF M5 and with setting number of 4 bullish and it plotted arrow as 4th bullish candle appeared and trigger the alert after as it closed also bullish. I did all the test everything is working smooth and perfect.

The MTF analysis mid LWMA was amazing for me ...
simple rule
if red is at W1 ----> predict 3 candles D1 minimum to sell
if red is on D1 ----> predict 3 minimum H4 candles to sell
if red is on H4 ----> predict 3 minimum H1 candles to sell
vice versa

cja is totally capable of coding such an indicator, if there are specific rules.
So, he should do it, he knows what you're talking about.
And, he also has the source code of his OrderBlocks indicator.

Master BestTraderEv, few minutes before I got alert on ETHUSD which I put yesterday on testing here is the screen shot attached it has trigger the alert on 6 candles but the condition are not met, because the 6th candle is bearish, does it is because day has changed? Please advice.

Edit reason: I noticed as soon as 6th bullish candle appears, the indicator plot bullish arrow and if it closes either bullish or bearish it trigger the alert, this mean it is not recognizing 6th candle must be bullish at the time of close.

I made sure the arrow will not plot on Bar[0];

Say for example on the TF M15 it appear bullish after a bearish candle and it continue 3 number of candle bullish pattern it must count point of this 3 consecutive from the low of the 1st bullish candle and the last 6th candle high if example points are greater than 7000 plot an arrow below the 6th candle and trigger the alerts.

Case bearish: indicator which can alert when x number of consecutive bullish candles reach above the x points on the any time frame. Say for example on the TF M15 it appear bearish after a bullish candle and it continue 3 number of candle bearish pattern it must count point of this 3 consecutive from the high of the 1st bullish candle and the last 6th candle low if example points are greater than 7000 plot an arrow above the 6th candle and trigger the alerts.

It I imagine it is a difficult what I want and may be not possible but any way here is my view point need help if could be done.
