This is for my archive and for a couple of friends here. High volatility day trading (as today) requires lower TFs, in principle.
M15 chart here below:
1. Upper : only 1st intraday trend change;
2. Lower : all impulsive moves into intraday trend
3. volumetric FDAX candles directly from Eurex

Very difficult to trade these unchartered territories......
no historical refers, no tested or retested zones, AI TRADING SOFTWARES and HFT are leading the dances......

European Indices are on fire as they probably will benefit of lower cost of money next weeks/months.
It's all about cheap money, even with German GDP in contraction.......but who cares.
SAP, SIEMENS, ALLIANZ, ADIDAS, DEUTSCHE BANK, German car makes make their profits abroad, so what's the problem to push DAX up to the sky.......

One day we'll see a 500 pts , even more down on the day and we'll come back to tough reality....history repeat itself

984 just bought a couple FDXS, at 1st decent retracement below 20k for DAX FUTURE

Volumetric candles from Eurex for FDAX (main DAX Future traded by Big Instituìtionals/Hedge Funds) showed enormous volumes on long side just after 9CET till 9:45/10CET for an healthy retracement, till 1 hour ago, waiting for the Americans.
Ill back for US session.

Congestion phase on going since 10CET....no good for volatility and trades, but you cant have same volatility as yd everyday here......
I stopped out at be 1 FDXS 984, I remain with only 1 small position same price.

I had an additional order at 966 but it wasnt filled....a back above 20k could be important to resume an uptrend.

anyway these are only preparation games for Quarter expiration on friday 20 December, imho.
Maybe 20k is enough for their targets...maybe not, we'll see...

20049 closed FDXS 984 now , slight below 20060 resistance red zone indicated previous chart

+65 p FDXS=+13 pips FDXM

Done for today:+40+13 = TOTAL +53 pips FDXM

Consolidation day for the DAX today, only 110 pts range compared to nearly 400 pts yd wide range.
Uusually they will break this small range next 1 or next 2 days ahead.....we'll see which direction they will choose.

Imho it' s in the cards, specially if they will break yd daily strict range of 110 pts and specially after many hours of consolidation inside. We'll see ...

Targets on the upside at 20160/180 and then 20250/260

Nach einem starken Quartalsbericht des Wettbewerbers Salesforce zog der Kurs der Walldorfer im Tradegate-Handel um 0,7 Prozent an. Die Papiere des Kontrahenten waren in ersten nachbörslichen Reaktionen in New York um etwa zehn Prozent hochgeschnellt.

Salesforce überzeugte die Anleger mit einem dritten Geschäftsquartal, das die Erwartungen übertraf. Der Konzern wurde zudem etwas optimistischer für das Gesamtjahr. Die SAP-Aktie reagiert auf gute Nachrichten eines wichtigen Wettbewerbers wie Salesforce häufig auch positiv

I too have the 1.618 expn on my H4 chart and having banked some nice pts after the opening move, have bought the pull back.
