Need EA - Turn Off AutoTrading @ Certain Loss & Close all trades

Good day Friends...I would request the expert coders here for help to build an EA (MT4) which can does the following basic things

When my Overall LOSS (or Profit) reaches (X) amount in currency (NOT in pips or Equity amount or PNL percentage ),
Step 1. Turn-Off AutoTrading
Step 2. Close all positions without any left overs. ( if possible, With a Popup Alert of --MAX LOSS REACHED--)
Step 3. Wait for (Y) mins of time & Restart / Turn-On AutoTrading again to proceed normally

I did search the forum & google for above featured EA. There are EAs to close all positions at certain profit amount or equity or some even pips
But my request to make one which can halt AUTO TRADING along with closing all positions is not there.

PS : I am planning to run this EA parallel with a scalping EA which follows martingale
It manages to make some trade with side-ways market or general market conditions
But When market trends, the EA has potential to blow the account.
So, i wish i would cut positions once the Loss accumulates to a certain amount & HALT the EA.

any ideas to enhance the EA (without changing the basic needs ) are welcomed...

I would even appreciate an EA which would TURN OFF Auto-Trading on (X) amount loss / profit in currency amount... (not in pips)
Example : Turn Off AUTO-TRADING when -100 loss reaches ( X = -100$)
And Turn it back on after (Y) mins of time...

I can club this EA with the "CloseAll_Profit_Loss" EA to get the desired result...

Any Help guys ?

I have same requirements to control my EA, I did searching too, but not find as requirements yet.
Hopefully any kinds men can help.
