I have got an algorithm that is actually paid which conducts historical analysis on daily bias and outputs the daily bias for all pairs with an accuracy north of 80%. It is called TradeEasy and I believe it can help all retail traders solve their bias problems while being able to execute flawlessly with their technical analysis and fundamental understanding.

I see a lot of you guys are doing really well with your strategies and algorithms. I actually developed a set of algorithms myself that gives me a 20-year historically accurate bias for every asset class. This way I can trade everyday with confidence and really narrow my focus towards trading in one direction. In the past 7 years of my trading career, I know that direction is indeed a problem that plagues a lot of new traders and experienced traders too (from time to time)
How do you objectively measure what a 'good enough distance is' in order for you to backtest effectively and help others use it? Shouldn't you have an objective measure to ensure that the results are replicable and not by chance only?
This is indeed an interesting strategy. However, I don't think It is wise to rely on price action alone if there is no statistical evidence of the trading strategy itself.
I have got an algorithm which gives you the daily bias of any asset class on TradingView with a 20-year historical accuracy of more than 80%. Perhaps if you try using that and couple it with your trading strategy, it would give you and the followers of your trading strategy much more confidence and comfort in taking trades according to your rules.
For example,
Let's say you trade Gold and your strategy is saying you should buy. Now wouldn't it be a confidence booster if the bias algorithm also tells you that the daily bias is bullish? What was once a 'gamble' is now a statistically backed decision made to execute on the rules
This would be really great if you know the bias for the day though. Reason is because strategies are based on personal experiences and refinements. By having an objective measure on determining bias for the day, your personal strategy and statistically backed data will work wonderfully.
