I first watched the video I posted above that had such an impact on me last week on November 13th. It shook me to my core and I took a few days to really examine myself and my beliefs about the market and trading. Yep, when I start to have a string of losses. It is always because I got a way from my method of system I use. When I get impatient with process and try to force the trades, Just leads to more frustration. Simple and patient is always the best.

Since my roulette epiphany a week and a half or so ago I've been trading an NQ method that only can trigger a set up entry after the close of 15 minute bar. Once there is a trade, win or lose, I must wait until the close of the current M15 bar to place any additional orders. Since my work schedule today is such that I have to be away from my desk around 10 AM eastern, I am going to stop trading here. I had two -1 R trades to start the day, followed by two +2R trades. With the benefit of some positive slippage on the exit of the second as I was adjusting...
