so the idea behind yesterday's move was to take out the retail shorts below 2577 and they were successful in that. Ukraine Russia news was the main driver behind this. Zelensky if he does not improve trump will shut him down in his own way. Russia is another issue but trump can handle it. I still believe 30 dollars out of this 50 dollar is attributed to Ukraine-Russia rather than fundamentals of gold. at some point in next 2 months there will be ceasefire

will get better levels to short this week. I am still going in for 2200 in gold by March and will continue shorting at higher levels

My thoughts is being a swing traders and using M5 tf for analyzing might not be a good combination.
I personally use D1 and H4 to identify the levels and jump to H1 (or if I have more time, m5 and m15 could be helpful) to see price reaction at those levels to enter trade.

When I first started trading gold on October 11 this year I decided to change from mt4 to mt5 platform.
My first concern was how to shift my indicators from one platform to another.
Today I am not bothered , I do not need any indicators.

You love to contradict yourself. After a few posts, we will see another RSI, MACD, and BOLLINGER BANDS. Lately we saw PIVOTS and STANDARD DEVIATION LINES. I wonder what indicator you will be using next.

For every loss, you got a new indicator or a new method.

Gold is crazy indeed.
Do nothing for today, missed the breakout and now the RR is not much but it have room to reach 2628.710 and then come back inside 4 hour channel.
Beside i am in since thursday, will manage that trade only.
It needs to retrace, is very very parabolic.

For 16 years in forex I did not have any ignore list because there was no need for any.
