First time seeing volume profiles, i've seen vwap and ma but each day I see how people trade differently that its almost so random but in clusters and the sample is about 10 million in the retail sector

Greetings all Gold traders,

Just make your trading simple and you will profit the most. Above the pivot and vwap of the day is a buy but below the pivot and vwap of the day is a sell. Sharing this simple but profitable trading in Metal Commodities. Another rule, if that plays around in range of pivot and vwap then do not trade and observe how it will breakout or break down around the pivot. This will eliminate your guessing game; this can be your additional confirmation to your other strategy or indicators if you may have.

P.S. - This won't apply if there is any Major Economic news such as Non-Farm Payroll, CPI, Interest Rate Decision and other Federal Reserve Major Updates and World War News.

Well, if I understood anything about the market it's that without volume there's no market we can speak of in the first place. I subscribe to volume, order flow and depth of market because it gives me insights with which I can work probability. I'm interested in seeing things behind the scenes, if you get me.

Example: although we're technically still in a down trend, I see more buyers coming in, confirmed by CVD (Cumulative Volume Delta). This situation resonates with previous buyers who left the volume at around 2,545. It's telling me that it's more likely that buyers will be willing to defend this zone. Now what I would like to see is manipulation, maybe dropping price to some larger bids below absorbing sellers and shooting price upwards.

I agree, Monday could manipulate the low or the high of friday and tell us were gold wants to go. For me it is not ideal follow de breakout without confirmation. Usual in this kind of price action the true trend is the opposite of the breakout.
If anyone will hold any trade, i don't advise, i am expecting manipulation of the high or low of friday, but is just probabilities

I'm generally long biased since a correction was expected, I would even say the presidential election was in favour. A stronger zone than 2,545 is the volume around 2,345 but I'm not sure what would support such a correction.

The same for me and price have a little space to go down a little more, it miss the weekly support for now by some ticks. If we add the fact that yesterday respect a daily FVG, today we should have more bulls pushing up and we don't have that, just defending 2558.615 in 1 Hour. It donīt show me strong and now if 4 hour candle close below 2561.230 i will not be bullish anymore. I will wait for monday and tuesday show what it wants to do.

Waiting for corrective "ABC" is painful. But don't forget, what happens if corrective "C" is incomplete. If incomplete, means ((X)). If ((X)) is completed, another corrective WXY will come. Sometimes ABCDE ruined the corrective. Lots of corrective. Basic corrective (wave in wave) before 12345 controls the markets. IMO
