To put it simply..for NZDCAD (one of the examples I've given) there's a 37% chance that at 1700 (5:00 PM US Eastern, -5 UTC) the high or the low of the day has been made

Sorry to be dumb...but that is rollover time, the start of the next day (asia open) or what are you using as "the day"

If we move our open to the pairs highest probable hour for top or bottom, then you would have made money on gold. It's best hours are 800/900.
