It seems to me that you can easily work at the market opening because you are probably in a favorable time zone and do not have to stay up all night.
What advice can you give to those who trade during the European and US sessions?

Secondly, I think it is better to wait for a bounce on the buy or sell level before opening the trade.

Follow the rules if you see price is 10 pips above or below the daily open from your broker time ,you enter,because you never know how much the price will move away from the open
just control how much to risk
