Two ways to accomplish this.

1. Have the EA loaded on a chart for each pair separately. Write out data that's needed for the other instances of the EA to global variables (this will probably require use of a semaphore).
2. Instead of an EA, write it as a script which loops every 0.2 seconds or so and checks for pricing updates and process them accordingly.
