idk about you guys, but i won't be trading this week unless i see the gray clouds disappear about the US elections.

Guessing game is always a dangerous game. Unless you are experienced about trading US elections in the past.

Remember people, markets are always open and every week there are new opportunities. Don't feel the urge to trade, don't force yourself to trade if you are not sure what you are doing.

I completely agree.

There will be lots of blown accounts this coming few days and patience will be the downfall of most traders.

The size of my positions will be drastically smaller due to this.

… but that drop will come and it will be huge once that fear dissipates

I used to be so daring when it comes to trading big events like wars etc. I had open positions when Russia started invasion against Ukraine back in February 24, 2022. Obviously markets beat me up and humbled me down pretty quick After that, i have realised that staying out of the market is also a part of trading. Knowing when to step in and when to step out makes you a better trader.

I've no problem with people's trading methods but the way they put political bias into trading like Zebi is a super red flag(perhaps that why she got red diamond, just joking).
Some people try to undermine history and ancient mind. Yes they didn't have technology like us, but politics and thoughts about everyday life don't rely on technology to exist. They're already prove democracy doesn't work. (I don't confidently promote others since all political systems have its period, none can stay good forever)
It's very despicable and misleading to say 'democracy will lose' to gain political benefits. Besides it lost anyway, it seems that those people have no better arguments than the thing they don't own. And no surprise that those people are willingly destroy it the moments they get what they want.
The other side is, because of such things, common senses Americans realize and remember that their freedom is to fight for, not granted by the founding fathers. Good for them.

We traders should do our best in trading than trying to promote politics here, imo.
