As title says i am looking for trustworthy, reliable broker,
Preferaly with skrill withdraw/deposit availability,
Must have atleast btc and eth pairs, would be nice to have cent account type but not neccesary. Zero liquidy provider issue bullshits, and no insane spread widenings.

Living in Estonia? Any properly regulated EU broker will be safe for you (not one regulated in Bulgaria, Cyprus or Malta: those aren’t properly regulated.)

It’s hard to do much better than Oanda?

Just avoid the obvious crooks/fraudsters (FXCM, Zforex, Solidecn, etc.)

Yep.. Oanda is so far best option but it needs banking deposits and i dont want that.

london time now is GMT +1 (daylight savings) GMT during winter months
i want my day on the mt4 chart to start at midnight london time. 4hr candle at 4,8,12,16,20, 24 london time.

anyone can help?

I think you're gonna have a hard time finding a broker with that time zone. I've traded with dozens of brokers and I've never seen such a broker.
By far the most popular time zone is GMT +2/+3 with either US or UK DST (daylight saving time).
Some brokers use GMT +0 throughout the year. But it only coincides with London's time zone in the winter, around five months a year.

With Mt4 the time is set by your broker. You need to check UK brokers for this. Try IG Markets.

It's tedious work, will take a lot's of testing, even regulated brokers have slippage.
Was just testing well regulated broker, and non regulated (by western standards) my location is Toronto, one has server in Tokyo(170ms), the other one New York(33ms), initial difference in price was 6 cents in favour of non rgulated. Than I created VPS EC2(free version) in Tokyo (latency 2.8ms) for regullated broker, non-regulated used my internet (33ms latency), same EA's, same settings, still price was in favour of NY one by 2 cents. Both accounts were alive, same commission,raw account. Same lots 0.01
Desicion was NY.
Try demo first, see which price fits your neds, than start testing live account, small money. It's lot's of work.

There’s a simple solution for this. You can switch to a different platform like cTrader, which allows you to set the timezone of your choice. If you prefer not to trade on this platform (though in my opinion, it’s just as good as MetaTrader and in some cases even better), you can still conduct your analysis there and trade elsewhere.

Slippage is inevitable. The information must travel from your trading terminal to your broker and then to the liquidity provider. You can reduce the time needed to execute a trade by choosing a VPS that is closer to, or has a better connection with, the broker’s main server or data center, but you can never achieve a 0 ms execution time.

you are right , 0 doesn't exist.
I've just connected to mt4 server, latency to broker is 0.76 ms, will see if it makes any difference comparing to 30's ms, definetlly will make huge difference to 180ms, where you loose 6 cents in the start.

Just keep in mind, you cannot force MT4 to maintain a connection with a specific data center (DC). It will scan the network in the background and may eventually connect to a different DC. Ideally, it should connect to the best one, but that’s just how it works.

Have you checked Tickmill or HFM. They are pretty reliable both have FCA license and spreads are pretty tight often 0 or 0.1 pip on pairs such as EURUSD or GBPUSD. Both support Skrill, but well which brokers don't support skrill nowadays

I've been using Pepperstone and fairly happy with them. However, it's not just the broker but also the platform that can affect your strategies. I have a strategy that requires me to modify positions during market close hours (share CFDs) and some things are possible to do it via cTrader, but MT5 does not permit me to.

Beware, in forums, of people who have something to recommend but can’t give the link openly, and want a private conversation with you outside the forum, on a communication app.

It means they want to give you an incentivized, affiliate link and they know they can’t spam it openly in a forum post. That’s NOT the kind of "recommendation" you need!!

Especially beware of them when they’re new members with very few posts (like the guy above).

I would like to find a broker for forex spot trading. It seems that all brokers that I know are offering CFD trading. In Slovenia spot trading is tax free, while CFDs are taxed 40%.
