when i look on PA 15m shows signs of bulls trying to take over the LTF trend but look like weak trys

Neither side wants to commit. I read it as bulls holding off in anticipation of a further move down <= 2600. Bears holding off in anticipation of an upmove to 2630-2640. Who's going to blink first?

On the other hand, PBOC has started bailing out Chinese banks, so will that increase or decrease Asian demand for gold?

EDIT: Also after 6 consecutive bearish daily candles, we may be having an bullish day.

The chart shows a 4-hour candlestick analysis of Gold Spot versus the U.S. Dollar (XAU/USD).

This setup suggests the price is testing significant support..

I can see it going either way. 4-5 relative equal lows at about 2605 is too close to 2600 for my liking. I'm suspecting the the CPI will come out better than expected because they have to lie to get Kamala installed. The markets will believe it because for some reason they believe the Fed, it'll pop below 2600 and then the buyers come back in.

+ Price not taking SSL on the daily yesterday could be another sign we moving up, CPI could come in soft today.

I thought I'd give an update since I went quiet for a while. I really concentrated on my psychology. I'm not losing my shit anymore, thanks to watching Tom Hougaard's live streaming. Its really helped with my patience (though the last two days have been testing it). As a result, last month I only made a loss of £25.

So far this month, I'm up £672. One thing I decided to do was rather than trying to build my account with every single penny from my profits, I'd start withdrawing and rewarding myself with it. I'm keeping my account balance around the £600 mark so I can try to make a meaningful profit in a day but withdraw my profits for that day and put it towards something nice. So I've got £450 making it's way to my bank account and later on, whatever I make today.

Only bought one thing with my profits so far and that was a necklace for my girlfriend. Planning on an engagement ring next, then a new camera lens (or top up emergency fund).

Just want to say thanks for everyone's patience with me.
