expert advisor creation

Can someone help me create an expert for mt5, I will leave you a reference image of what happened in trading view

It is something simple that I need to do, it is that every day at 9:30 AM New York time I open a buy operation, with a risk of 1% to seek 3% profits, example risk 15 pips to seek 45 risking 0.10 lots.

If anyone can cooperate I would appreciate it.

what lot are you using ? is it standart 1.0 lot ? (or 100k units)

because the spread being 10 points you'll have to pay $1990 in spread and com but you only made $900
so ...there is not profit left
