if i was you i maybe hedge it 100% same size both ways and wait for two possibilities.
1. Bet on big and round figures like 2600,2625,2650 and let go the long and stay with the short.
2. Wait for market market shift on 1h chart, you will have to lose some money on this round, this is life.

i took -3700$ today.. shit happens when we bet

First of all, you shouldn't have executed the trade in the first place, especially without a clear plan. If it was a mistake, you should’ve definitely used a stop-loss, but since that’s already done, my advice now would be not to close the trade just yet. Wait for a retracement—gold is unlikely to go as high as 2600 or 2700, so don't panic. Be patient, as retracement is expected. Just manage your risk carefully moving forward.

I am so fucking tired...

Closed some more shorts, 3500 USD loss today. Will take a few months to make them back...

Market looks like it wants to visit 2600, not my day ...

Thank you for the advice, I am holding the trades and closed the hedge buys as the market is showing signs of retracement.

out of 33 trades since Monday, i got 32 wins and 1 loss. scalping is the key. almost +500% gain. real account. started small capital.
it's feel weird that when most people are winning, i'm losing. when they are mostly losing then i'm winning.

Small pumps are happening, not sure if they are hunting stop losses now before going for a retracement or if they want to touch 2600.

Best thing you could do is to learn your lesson
-never trade without SL
-choose your position size according to your capital especially in gold trading

I learnt my lesson and next time I will be careful. I am also doing a job as well that's why most of the time when I am working I forget about trade and it backfires me but now I am thinking about starting as a full timer
