if you are short on silver there is no way gold goes up. gold leads commodity chain. so if silver falls gold also falls. at the moment it is vice-versa. for bear market to begin in gold it has to fall min 40 dollars in a day and if uj remains so sluggish that is not happening

I didn't say if Gold goes up the Silver is going down? Of course, Gold is like a BitCoin, it leads everything else with it 95% of the times. This is definitely a Bull market, but I expect retracement to kick in that is why I'm Short now.

Also, let me be clear... I don't see the PMs dropping hard. Retracement only for now and then I Buy. Fed will deliver 50bps rate cut in my opinion and everything will go crazy. Gold should be on it's way towards 3000$... will it reach that price, I don't know and I don't care, however choosing the right trend is important. It's either 2350$ or 2750$ in my opinion soon.

another dip in uj and if this slugfest continues gold will end the day somewhere close to 2582

what makes u think it is a bull market. it can be a long term trap set. will ppl hold gold in recession. I mean will ppl hold assets where they have huge profits in recession. think abt it. u bought nQ100 at 15000 . its at 19500 will u hold that during recession for it to come back to 16000. recession is coming. for sure its is happening. question is has gold factored in that

if gold drops to 2562 it is done for the day. we wont have a repeat like tomorrow where it rallied 50 dollars

I believe it did price some chance of a recession. When recession hits (officially, for example Bank of America going down or whatever the trigger will be) stocks will start to collapse, game will change to risk-off and PMs will outperform everything. Sure, when yields spike probably everything will take a hit, however PMs will recover while the stock market will continue to tank rapidly. This is a definitive bull market on the PMs (higher highs, higher lows).

Everything will be sold in a depression that is coming (banks will have to liquidate Gold for liquidity haha), so the Gold will take a hit but it'll be short lived as what is coming is an hyper-inflationary depression and not an usual deflationary recession.

Sure. If this fails the Silver is going above it's Resistance and then I'll give up as well.

As long as the Silver doesn't go above the Resistance, we actually have a setup for 2350$ and 25$. Yes, we'd need a terrible sell-off, but it's still possible!

I know you don't follow Silver, but just glance at the Daily Silver chart and you could see potential M Pattern in play or the last Daily Sell was just a retracement of the last Daily Buy and this leg is going for the recent highs on the Silver above 31.5$ in my opinion.

I'm out of the scrapheap. We may have to wait too long for gold to rust.

Continue with Scalp now (where I always have SL) and only when the line is clear do I move on to the new swing.

Silver retraced to 61.8% on the last Daily Buy which doesn't suggest a strong upwards momentum. Usually it retraces to 38.2% or 50% if we are talking about a strong upwards momentum. We'll see...

Stop is a way to protect the account so it have more chances to make money from fx, but new traders see it as a threat! Its best to have more opportunities rather take one wrong trade and boom!
