I just exited the FTSE divi trade for 0.538% net of fees.

FTSE long 8265 / 8282.7 (using an AU$ CFD)
hedged short CAC 7336.9 / 7329.5
hedged EUR/AUD 1.66632 / 1.66214
Looks like another small but successful gap fill today, made a basic EA a while back which opened a sell every Thursday at 4.29pm, only had a small date range on the 1min to test but was 100% successful, did have a DD of around 12% if I remember right.
Sounds like a lot of screen time to me.

Yes, he does, in fact, that is his sales pitch. He is unable to provide any broker statements, so you have to do the research on Telegram.

Did you watch the YouTube video where the client admitted losing 180K out of 200K, Euro I believe?

There were videos where he claimed to make 180K himself, the recent ones say he lost 110K of that.

I'm waiting for him to blow the account, now he has gone to un-regulated, high leverage broker overseas.

I posted lot of charts to display the ridiculous trade entry from Telegram.

If he made 180k to lose 110k, he is still in profit of 70k, I don't see the problem. The time frame in which he made and lost it, that is a relevant data. If you don't mind, where did you post these charts? It would be interesting

note: I have no sympathy for this alleged trader, just curious

Sure, profit is profit, but he provides no actual proof of anything.

Obviously, you haven't watched enough of his YouTube videos to understand how silly everything he says is.

Most likely, the only money he makes in FX will the selling of subscriptions; why does he keep selling?

Because nothing he does works, people leave, he need new clients, same as brokers.

He uses a huge SL on a mean reversion strat when price has made a high momentum move into Sup/DEM above/below a SnR zone.
He seems to value the premium entry meaning he doesn't really wait for any strong confirms.
His R:R is 1:1.
All this is possible in the short term. In this scenario there will (almost) always be a reaction. if he moves his SL to breakeven after any shift away from his entry then this strategy will produce a lot of breakevens but he will be protecting the downside.
However he seems to be going against HTF structure a lot of the time which is risky and he will eventually get some big drawdowns. At 1:1 I'm not sure about this strategy long term.

What do others think?

I am not defending him but name any person who publishes statements on Youtube...Even if they publish will you trust them
Any youtube content is just for entertainment purpose and extract whatever we can get to help our trading. I like about his simplicity his systems, I dont like how he brags but unless he brags do you think any one get views? Good thing about his telegram its free and you can track his win loss percentages and if you think he is scammer just take reverse position

That is exactly what I do, he is pure entertainment for me, the voice message today on Telegram is pure gold, but he really has wound things down this last month since he took that hit, maybe he did have some real money in the market.
