conclusion :
Both can be used alone or used together
The following is the condition when I replaced TMA with RTE25, EA immediately followed RTE25 and a down trend occurred
Can an EA use 2 different indicator systems? Of course, I can
Just by pressing a button, the indicator system will change in an instant
and each can stand alone or be combined into 1, the more choices the more complicated the formula is, that's the only difference
we can see now that RTE25 and EMA 20 on TMA CG Period 7 are both down trending
So in conclusion both can be used either separately or combined
The question is: how can it be adapted to your own trading style?


That's the problem, in essence all indicators can be used,
but they still have to be conditioned and adapted to your own trading style

Many people are busy looking for indicators measuring trends, rarely are they looking for indicators measuring sideways

TMA + EMA (EMA Period is greater than TMA Period) is an indicator of both (Trend and Sideway)

Trends:
if EMA < Lower TMA = Trend Buy
if EMA> Upper TMA= Trend sell

Sideways: Please guess for yourself
if ....?...>....?...>...?....= Sideway Buy
if ...?...<...?...<...?... = Sideway Sell

If the TMA CG Period is greater than the EMA Period you cannot see the trend and sideway of the TMA

If you want your TMA to show Trend and SideWay, the TMA value must be smaller than the EMA value

Cap Chanel & TMA Mladen NRP are similar
The difference is that TMA Mladen NRP will repaint if the chart is refreshed, but can be used on live accounts,
only for strategy analysis you have to use the chart before it is refreshed.
This is an example that I use on a cent account
So you can use TMA Mladen NRP to replace Cap Chanel

I've tried it. Its a massive repainter.

If price is flat there is no repainting. You will only know the repainting in a strong trend. Bars that were outside the bands in real time go inside the bands 20 mins later.

Check it in M1 to find out.

anyone can help me is this right setting for cap channel? i follow the setting in page 2 band deviation 2.0 half length 100. but the bands are not turning red or green when it touch
