The very fact that economic events define currency strength or weakness and without any proper understanding of the events you cannot trade eurusd

Since oil is a key input in manufacturing and a major cost factor in shipping, oil prices have tended to have a greater effect on the cost of goods than services, which also explains the relatively weak correlation between oil and CPI and the strong one between crude and PPI.

The EURUSD graph does not show us the evolution of the economy even in real time because some leading indicators are published late (GDP, PCI). Initial jobless claims are the exception.

PPI and inflation rate increased in July.

Technical:
a) W1/D1/H4 - bearish;

b) H1- bullish now, BUT:
- the price is below the SMA 50/100/200;
- RSI below level 50;
- MACD, strong wave below 0.
