According to 1hr and 4hr wave counting, a very strong upward movement is coming and it can shoot upto 1.1320 by end of next week.

I tried to tell you guys long LOl no but seriously it can turn around any time I think its aiming for a retest of highs or 1.119ish if does not reach highs

Update:

EURUSD still in long. Finally they broke out to the upside after the stop hunt!

 

  1. Dealer consolidated in a tight range US into Asia session.
  2. Euro session breaks Asia's high, weak shorts with tight stops (scalpers, retail volume) stopped out on a wick to the high on the 15M
  3. Euro-US changeover, the dealer directly violates Asia's low in a matter of an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. My 1.11500 line is struck, I enter long. (orange arrow)

    1. This is because the dealer is actively clearing the board of buyers caught up in the consolidation zone.

  4. The dealing desk remains below Asia's low, threatening a breakout, as price makes that classic AB=CD textbook sell pattern (turquoise zigzag)

    1. Traders panic in, perceiving a breakout to the downside is warranted, as Asia's high becomes a level of 'resistance'. Longs that were stopped out, for fear of missing out, recommit short at the WORST possible price.

  5. The dealer, after clearing the volume of longs (in this case) pivot out of the zone in a single, swift move. They pivoted 14 pips away from the new low of the day, forcing committed sellers to panic, and many remove their stop losses (yellow vertical arrow).
  6. The dealer then trends against the perceived drop in price - in this case, later in the day. Traders google macroeconomic events to try and rationalize the sudden move. Many are left puzzled, not understanding the nature of change - Price, time, and volume.
