Good day! Same plan, nothing really to update. Since yesterday price is inside one single bar; that is noise! I think, we will continue ranging and testing the top of the range before the important news tomorrow and the day after. How should we read tomorrow's data, in particular US Services: 1- Overshoot: completely unexpected. Equities will resume the up trend and a new HH becomes the target. Cutting rates is confirmed and the cloud of recession is evaporated. 2- Inline: expected. Equities will continue the down leg and a new LL is the plan....

Good Friday! Today we have an important speech from Powell at Jackson Hole Symposium where the FED usually releases its plan for the ST and MT horizon. We had a crazy revision of NFP; inflation is down, but most economic indicators are bad...the clouds of recession are taking the driver seat. So, market are expecting 3-4 cuts this year!!! Crazy! So if Powell confirms this outlook, this is very bad for stocks, hence indices, at least for the ST. After that, the avalanche of free money will be very good for stocks and indices. Good week! I think has completed the retrace up and it should resume the downtrend until September FED. From TA perspective, we have: 1- Bearish weekly close {image} 2- Useless daily close: Friday was an inside bar: {image} 3- Useless H4 close: the last H4 was an inside bar as well! {image} So what do we expect? For intraday, we have to wait and follow the market behavior. Price might test the Thursday HH and resume the downtrend or go directly down. GL!

Don't count your chips so early , it's true we are in qt, its true in the longer term lower and lower highs will be made overall, but its also true that in the next 2 weeks short term view every macro points out to new highs before the fall. Don't get blinded by the uncertainty the chart shows at the moment, today and tomorrow you will see green all over and then narrative changes to explain it. Xd stick to your initial plan Don't be afraid of it its too early to call a continuation down with so much macro happening these next few days
