i personally am vacation Gene looking forward to testing the new strategies, other strategies have not worked well in my testing but perhaps latest will be better

Dear Gene.

For the time being, the dollar will continue to weaken.
What's bothering me is the U.S. recession and Japan's decision to raise interest rates.
Do you think U.S. rate cuts will have a huge impact on the market?

p.s When can I test the autostrategy version?

Looks like I should have the next version of the Auto Trader ready by the end of this coming week. I want to try it for an entire week first to get a little history.
Strategy 1 will be for 1 day or longer trades depending if it hits a long trend which you can stay in longer.

Strategy 2 will be a M5 Strategy for those who like to jump in and out the same day.

Anyone have a great Strategy they would like to share with the rest of us????

I am running the M5 Strategy and it is doing good going in and out of trades.

The Next Auto Trader will have M5, M15, M30, H1, H4, D1, and W1 strategies.

Hi Gene, First and foremost, thank you for providing to fellows’ traders with a new instrument to trade the forex market. I just finish installing the software and soon I will start getting familiar with all the features.
As you said rightly in your presentation, “One of the features of Forex is the split between the traders who want to manually trade and those who want to use automated trading. This software will let you do both or a combination on the pairs you have selected to trade that are handled by your Broker.”
I am one of guys that so far have been trading manually, learning different strategies and testing them to make sure are worthy of implementing on a live account.
I came across to your thread by chance, while looking for information posted by a fellow trader. I am using a strategy developed by a great man nicknamed 'Robinhood' and he has a thread in FF. He developed a methodology to trade based on a simple concept “Trade what you see, not what you think”. With this strategy he paid tribute to one of his mentors Mr. BigE and he renamed his thread “Trade Made Simple (R).
There is another strategy developed by another fellow trader from FF, his nickname is “Swingman” who is also a coder for fellow traders and his thread is called “Golden Cross trading Idea” which have a high probability of being successful/ profitable.
These two strategies I would like to implement on your Automated trading in the following weeks.

Can you give links to these 2 ideas that explain exactly how they are presently being used and are you using either one at the present time and if so so have you been profitable with it?

Also you would need to get the OK from them for me to incorporate their ideas into the Auto Trader.
