as far technicals are concerned it tells me its a bear setup however we have a gap at the opening and a test above 38167 tells me otherwise bulls maybe taking over but this area is new to me so I'll most likely be sitting on the sidelines watching unless I see something that I'm familiar with.

nevertheless I'm a bull but first bears will be trying to get a test below 38109 after this topping formation but I think the main move will be bulls. Lets see what happens.

I suspect bulls will be waiting at 38000 area.

or they could get in at the gap fill who knows
either way I better wait for the official open.

idk I still believe there's a definite side direction although it does so much to confuse the ill prepared and the unexperienced there's a direction.
