Hi Doc

Something is wrong for me.

The RAR files contain code that are MT4 and I must compile those before I put them on the chart. As you see, a lot is missing on my chart. I believe it is because I miss files like several copies of RTE 25 and RSIOMA with different values. But I cannot find this described anywhere. See post 14 compared to mine.

I have read documentation 3 times and likewise the 2 first pages. A solution to setting up should have showed up by then.

Also be aware that this system, like all other systems do have a number of losing trades in a row. Zoom in to the statistic at the top of the page and you will see, that the trader had 6 losses in a row one time.

So keep going. It will come.

Took 37 pip loss on USDJPY trade. Closed out early, seemed to be ranging, creeping in wrong direction.

Why robot if one can simply manually trail the stoploss st TE 21 after the close of the candle?

This system is too complicated for expert or robot. There are too many parameters to compile into a single code.
Manual trading on H4 plus timeframes is the best way to use it.

3 reasons.

 

  1. You need to be attentive and manually move the stoploss at end of every bar.
  2. If you trade many pairs, it is nice to have one of the tasks made for you. Then you can concentrate on finding trades.
  3. You can call it a day and leave the screen and let this robot finish the work.

I believe that the robot can do most of the tasks, but when i comes to changing timeframe for finding the right trade, there it is difficult to make a robot. So I will not do that.

Did you put the .tpl file in the templates folder?
And all the other files into the Indicators folder?

It seems odd that I had to compile all the MQ4 files. But still, what is it that automatically makes all those lines that I am missing?

Hi Riskfighter.
Go to the 1st page and download the "GUPPY MTF HISTO.rar"
This is what it should look like in your indicator window.

Maybe you have too many indicators in your main indicator folder. If this is too full, the MT4 cannot work properly.

What is written in your signature, may help to many people.

Maby you don't want so many histo indicators, then kill what you don't need.
