Dollar just closed below a week old support point breaking structure @ 102900, with momentum seemingly behind an overall bearish run.

If it continues, there are two opportunities to address buy-side arrays @102740 & 102612. Roughly 20 & 35 pips away respectively from current price on the EU (109760 & 109936).

Saying that, as some of the insights posted above suggest, these may be out of reach for today .

At this point I would expect some kind of rally on the EU ... let see

The dollar and bond yields declined following the latest US inflation data, which sparked speculation that the Federal Reserve would be in a position to deliver its highly-anticipated interest rate cut in September. The EUR/USD pair was able to appreciate, touching -1 pips away from the 1.0963 resistance level before falling and consolidating once again.

Currently, there is potential for the pair to rise above the resistance level, targeting the 1.0981/88 zone. Support levels at 1.0931/35 or 1.0940/45 could assist this rise. However, if the EUR/USD drops below these levels and is impacted by negative news, the pair could retrace back to 1.0913 or even lower.

Traders should closely monitor key levels, market sentiment, and upcoming news events that could impact the EUR/USD and adjust their trading strategies accordingly.

Dollar has reached the liquidity void at 102740 where we also have an order block and it's currently retracing. Hopefully not reversing ...

EUR/USD advanced to 1.1000 after US PPI inflation numbers showed softer numbers for the previous month. That after it printed a low of 1.0914 yesterday on soft sentiment results of the German ZEW survey. For now the pair is bullish and can reach 1.1038 or higher to 1.1100 but we may first see a correction below the 1.0981 support level and if news today come in US softer too then we should see it again trading higher above 1.1000. More support that could work on the downside is located 1.0963/60 - 48 - 41/43. Also in a drop 1.0914 must hold or else lower levels will come - see chart.

The biggest reason is this, Sellers are placing stopLoss higher and the EU is going to take them, Stay away from the sell button until we reach main resistance!
