So far, we have bearish Month and Week. Yesterday we got also a bearish day with a strong weak. NY session did not play the ball and made a hold on the selloff. I still see sellers have the upper hand. 16970 is my final target with an extension to 16770.

For today, we may have something like this:

I'm seeing bearish flags in the market. We might see a break out soon and take out Monday's low.

Indeed, my outlook is SELL.

I know why my plan didn't work as expected. The last two days, NQ was and still is trading inside a Day Candle/bar. As long as we're inside that bar, direction is not clear. In addition, when market tried to break the LL (cercle 1), it was rejected (cercle 2). Hence , I would have seen that price should go back to test the previous/upper swing of that LL which is circle 3 to grab liquidity. With testing the upper swing, we should see new sellers jumping in. Based on the daily close to decide who will win this fight and until then, we're trading noise with a huge risk. I will wait for the test of the upper swing and look how strong will be the rejection. GL!

NQ is almost around the swing high (18466). We should wait and see the reaction. Two scenarios:
1- Break up and test back 18466 to go long; or
2- Rejection and test back 18466 to go short.

All week, we're trading inside Monday Bar. Buyers are fighting furiously to avoid a weekly break down. Sellers and buyers will continue today this fight.
A close below 18261 and even better below 18200 is a bearish close and a continuation down is expected. A close above 18261 is a bullish close with a strong rejection.
From daily perspective, as I said we're trading inside the Monday bar.. The question: can buyers continue up to test the top of that daily bar before going down? Asian session sold NQ and London bought it. Currently, price is at a Monthly Resistance.
For intraday, we should pay attention how market will react at key levels. For the upper side, we have three levels: 18721-18833 & 18913; for the down side, we have: 18261 & 18200 (for the weekly close).
To conclude, a zigzag is expected for NY session: Up then down or vice-versa.

With regard to Risk of war, things are settling for: Full retaliation; limited retaliation; or ceasefire deal. The latter will send Equities up. Clearly nothing will be in play for today.

I think we might see a sell-off today, especially as @Fadhl mentioned the risk of war over the weekend. However, after the weekend, we could rally up into the PPI/CPI reports, potentially reaching the 50-day moving average or November 2023-April trend support line that might act as resistance.

In addition to the risk of war, from fundamental perspective, US is entering into a recession, so we should expect a sell-off. Is it today? It should be to avoid a bullish weekly close and be inline with the fundamental outlook.
