stochcastic

Hi,

Can someone tell me, can the stochcastics change direction, or are they fixed at that point once the candle closes, so when they are crossed, then cannot be uncrossed?

I believe the stochastic stays fixed once the candle is closed and a new one starts. Stochastic only change when the candle is still developing, once the candle is finished, stochastic stays fixed.
