MM is the only way to survive in this market,
if you check my posts i sold at 2380 added till 2480 and waited and after 2 weeks we were back below 2400
the CPI news time if you remember,
that 100$ move didn't effected me much 22% draw down but i was fine with it,
with out Money management its just gambling,
you may have better odds at casino then in forex.

if you really are looking for 2315 you better Hope NFP surpass 300K
then you may be very weel in 2360.
and dont forget its not just about USA
there is WAr going on Geopolitical tentions will be help the gold no matter waht,
so i always keep my mind open about other matters,
which boosted gold from 1850 to 2050 200$ move when Israel war started,
keep an eye on those as well
you are trading gold not Currencies which may not get effected much by war,
but clear case if YEN it got hit by BOJ and Risk Aversion sentiment mostly and hit 148.50 from 155 in just a day,
that was great move i missed it but for me now USDJPY is OVERSOLD even in Daily charts,
so small buy in EURJPY AND GBPJPY even USDJPY will not hurt,
because gbpjpy is down 1700 pips so reversal might come in at some point and for me 192 is not bad time to enter,
with EUR same time not looking fro 1000 pips just 100 pips move will suffice for me,

It may back to 2400 or below 2350.

I opened 1/2 for now and added 1/2 in the asian session tomorrow morning when the day candle ends. Still waiting for the waterfall on Friday night according to Ichimoku.

I agree with you on this price 2400 and 2322 are close points for me. too much news noise equals politics. and long-time trading friends are fond of it and return much of their previous profits.

Thanks for the comment! I'm not really new... been trading for about 2 and a half years now. Not much at all of course in a grand scheme of things, but I understand one thing or two. Since you have mentioned JPY pairs I have to say I did buy USD/JPY, GBP/JPY and NZD/JPY right at the bottom today during Asian Session, because the analysis suggested these might be the lows from where bigger retracement will start and it's the beginning of a new month. MN Chart suggested longs should be taken and so I did.

2315$ for the Gold is very important price at the moment on my charts and so is 26.65$ for the Silver. If one thinks about it for a while, it could very well be that if the Gold drops to 2315$ that Silver will also get close to 26.65$. Anything is possible. I need more data though and that's the reason why I'm neither Long nor Short either Gold or Silver at the moment, because the analysis isn't as clear yet. I still remain Bearish on PMs despite the recent gains.

There seems to be significant manipulation by bankers at this price level, indicating they are setting up for something.

I'd also like to add that the reason why I'm following PMs so much is because I want to invest a larger amount of money in them and am waiting for potentially lower prices. Analysis suggests lower prices and I'll stick with it, because investing in Gold or Silver (not physical unfortunately) doesn't leave much room for an error as you all already know. The plan is to try and place as many Long positions that I'm comfortable with near the potential bottom. Trying to achieve that is a fool's game and I'm aware of that. However, I've grown to trust the system I use and the analysis it suggests.

oh dear i am selling GOLD as i said in my earlier post 2 days ago 2360 was the level to sell for me so i did,
and holding it 2430 then 2400,
i dont know how big traders do it wait for 2350
100$ drop,
i tried many times trust me i cannot see my 1300$ profit dissapear next day,
and when i come back its 300$ left because gold retraced back,
so what i do is take my profit and again sell its the direction we choose,
not the trades,
i dont have indicators etc,
all i have an algorithm which fetchs data and sends to mt4 thats all,
and i get Sentiment of traders,
today high thre was not much movement like it did at CPI it shooted to the rook so i hedge 2420 till 2460and open the hedge and start selling when buyers dissapeared,
my point,
everyone has different setup,
but trust me 2 years is basic i ws 3 years trading live and i thought i learned it,
then after 4 years i found out i was wrong,
2011 was the year when i joined the Investment firm there i learned hot fundamentals impact the market long term and how to access the data we get from Micro news,
people dont pay attention to micro news but those make medium impact news and those make high impact news,
no one trade news its gambling i agree,
but if you have done you research i have the data from 2019 also,
why?
because its important to know what happened at what facotrs were there for the gold movement,
i will write my analysis about august this weekend,

you may have 1k you have 100k account that doesnt matter because with out money management you cant make money 3-4 years in a row constant profit eve if it is 5% a month,
in today world the hedgefunds who have 22Billion$ worth of money they make 30-35% on yearly basis,
dont under estimate the power of compounding,

Money management is crucial if you want to keep making for long long time decades if not months or weeks,
and Drawdown is huge factor also,
i dont even trade for days when i see market is not clear,
but some guys are Addicted to trading,
this is bloody addiction more dangerous then gambling because you dont even realize you are addicted to it.

they think they have to trade ot make money,
