EUR/USD experienced a decline below the 1.0851 level due to a robust rebound in the US dollar. The pair came close to the 1.0800 mark before recovering slightly, although it remains under bearish pressure and threatens to break through the 1.0795 support level. Further support can be found at 1.0765, but keep an eye on the 1.0784 S2 weekly support and the 0.618% Fibonacci retracement level at 1.0775, derived from the 1.0665 to 1.0948 rally.

The 1.0825 and 1.0842 levels should serve as resistance in the short term. If these levels are surpassed, we could see more upside towards 1.0861 and today's high.

Stay vigilant and monitor price action around these key levels, as they will likely influence the pair's direction in the coming sessions.

EUR/USD stayed above the 1.0803 low it created yesterday on strong dollar waiting for growth and inflation numbers out of the Eurozone but stayed below 1.0825 broken support now resistance. A break lower below 1.0803/1.0795 will open the way for 1.0765 but 1.0784 and 1.0775 may also stop a drop. If it rises above the resistance then the first level to beat is 1.0842 and if that fails to keep too then 1.0851/62 is next.
