price went below previous WP.
My SL (yellow circle) i place above the spike wo target the WP, so it was a clear test for me here and for TP i will wait for further action to trail it in the next days.

... after yesterdays rush down, i will wait for price finding new value ... i will not trail my SL to BE today
in 24 hours i will recheck this and if price begin to move further down i will move it ...
Today also check of DP ... good sign

.. so we have another day in building value ... we got the retest of yesterdays pivot and last week pivot is also near ... i wait further before moving something here ...

Sorry for this placed here. I go over to post some situations back and how good it is to take WP and DP in account, as they are respect often also by others.
No need to take market profile in trading desicions if not want or not in arsenal. Trading can be also done without using it!

Trading with WP and DP




First picture:
We cam from a trending up direction. The last day in previous week we touche sharp the DP. In the next week we start with several days building value or name it fair price. We can see the break of a trendline and testing the DP several time. In green circle we got the last sharp touch before price moving higher.

Second picture:
I zoom this more in. If you do not want to wait for further confirmation a trade can be done with the 2B-Formation. By the way i like sharp movements, they tell the story good.

Third pictue:
Here we got a good position trading in the momentum. Price hav no time to test the DP and after a short pause it move fast higher.

Fourth pictue:
Some options to take profit.
You can trail the SL after well testet pivots (green circle). Be carefull how price react in the new week with the new WP.
I prefer a combination. I trail some position afer pivot testet and take some profit out at the highs (yellow circle).
Trading a real account needs much deeper money management as i not trading for fun and trading is part of my living.

hindsight is not my thing in the chart draw circles and lines anyone can do that, write cleverly about it respect .

Yellow circle are TP / SL relevant.
Green circle is area of finding the entry (have a look more in zoom, eventually take smaller timeframe)
Red circles / red trendline are desicion marks. I prefer clear sharp movements befor enter, also i like how price behave around the pivots.

What is your problem. I clear what are the circles are here. Who you are to want move me here away? I advice you to respect this thread as it start with pivot relevant trades.

.. as reminder as my trade start within post 21, we have a new week and i have not yet set my SL to secure the trade around BE.
We are going now to test the value low with a sharp nove. WP and DP behind. The two WP back was well back testet within some notable spikes.
My plan is further waiting for the donward action if it come and move SL behind the last value area. So waiting is more over the thing here ...
