no i dont catch big pips a single day. i think it uses most of the time to focus and watch your trading screen.
its considered a disease. sometimes you tend to keep on clicking on buy or sell. because u see there is an opportunity.
it is not wrong.

but i have come to a point, that now i am busy working. its best to learn this the way warren buffett does.
some rich people they dont share their secrets, but the secret is so easy that some find it very dangerous.
warren does have any stop loss. but he ensure that his open trades will suffice to his main account. and money takes time to grow.

i dont believe anymore in this thing call instant richness, you can be rich but u have to wait.
so by keeping myself busy by working. i dont focus a lot on trading now. but its best just to have an entry at the perfect points.
setting tp more than what u seek. and just let it rock. even if it take days. to me trading should be considered a passive income and not full time.
unless you have 100k in your trading account. and also 100k in your savings. u can stick to just trading 1 lot a day and just take 50-100 pips a day.
that should suffice your daily life.

if not just treat trading as passive.

Sorry for not readin all that post but you started very wrong, you know nothing about me...

i wake up, have a healthy breakfest with my fiancee on the hotel..
then i spend the next 20 minutes smoking a cigar and reading/gathering ALL the news and important intel i lost while sleeping during the night..
and i will spend MAX 4 Hours a day looking at charts and trading..
At the end of the day, i will continue enjoying my life..

NO PRESSURE
NO STRESS
NO WORRIES

you got to 2290 so easily,
2330 was not bad call,
i dont know but 2350 was Phycological support and 2360 and 2355 was not bad to go long,

to be honest i don't at chart that much,
just trade the price and hold for mostly days even weeks,
i am swing trader, and it took me 3 weeks to get out of my shorts which actually went -80$ against me,
but hedging and some selling in between 2560-2480 helped,
but again i don't check the hourly chart mostly just look at 4H or daily close,
every one is different,
and i respect everyone, because some times they might be right and trading short term,
i might be wrong even trading long term,
next week well big week,
NFP and remember we have BOE and BOJ meeting also
you may think it will not effect GOLD but in reality it does sometimes,
specially if there is a surprise from BOE, who knows,
my point there will be Big moves and that is all that matters,

This resistance line looks solid to me. I could also be wrong indeed.
If price enters below range, there will be a paradigm shift and probably no easy way back.

On demo account New York session bullish price action - 107 pips collected.

Asia and London sessions were dragging their feet today as no movement was happening that much.
