The trendline, the ma's look down but it consolidated when it broke 1.0858 high. For me it should drop to 1.0800 but others will think that bounce from the low of 1.0825 should have one more chance!

EUR/USD witnessed a decline shortly after the market open, receiving further pressure from the release of EU PMI data. The pair fell to a low of 1.0825 but managed to bounce back above the resistance level at 1.0860. However, mixed US PMI data failed to support the bullish momentum, causing the pair to stall at 1.0866.

In the near term, EUR/USD is expected to stabilize above the new low (1.0825) and potentially challenge the resistance level once again (1.0866/71) targeting 1.0880 or 1.0902. On the other hand, a drop below the current level could lead to a test of the support levels at 1.0808/00 or 1.0795.

Next and tomorrow on the news the US Advance GDP q/q should steal the show!

I currently mark 08427 as possible support, if we break it we can go to 08280 and if we also break it we will go to the abyss. Maybe.

I take into account that a quite problematic support, a few weeks ago was the level of 08170, I will monitor what the price does after going down to that level, to know what I am going to play this time.

EUR/USD dropped to 1.0835 after it advanced at 1.0866 yesterday. For now the pair is ranging below 1.0855 and the bulls are looking to pass above so they can test 1.0866 and reach 1.0871/82 zone. A drop below 1.0835 will give some power to the bears to test the low at 1.0825 and if they continue lower, 1.0808/00 or 1.0795.
