Took 10 dollars, halved position. Risk set to +5 Will be back around later to check on things

Only Difference might be i know Gold is Volatile,
so i use very Low leverage,

i still holding for 2400,
and i will remind you may be in a week or 2 or a month i am getting positive interest so no worries holding the positions,
my average sell is till at 2430
so 30$ move is not much bad for me,

Just an observation:

1. London, NY market open in the same time: If market keep moving price strongly, market will move the gold price in one direction and it will keep moving in one direction, don't even dare to open opposite side trade just because it moved a lot. there will not be any retracement in that day, most of the time this happens.
2. wait for tomorrow Japan market open.
3. if price stretch too far, Japan market time it will stretch more.
4. if Japan market time more stretch happens, most of the time after London market opens within 1~2 hours price start to shows the retracement.

you guys use very high leverage i use mini lots and my trades also show mini lots not Standrd lots,
even with 50K we use mini lots because i know the bloody GOLD can go up 50$ with one single daily candle,
and one that move is done you can sell,

we do hedge,
but this time market reacted to POWEL comments Emotionally,
remmeber in fed 2023 eery was talking about 3 rate cuts first was june,
then in few months sentiment changed,
still now we have a lot fundamentals to cover and remember goLD is non Yielding asset,
you can only profit it goes up in long term,
it is actully hedge against inflation thats all,
but in recent Years gold have moved a lot like Bitcoin,
in bit coin also nothing is there to gain for holding for 1-2 years,
infect buy or sell both takes negative interest and that matters a lot, for a year
imagine you buy above 2450 lookingfor 2550 lets say and end othe year it si at 2500
yes you got 50$ profit or 70$ move,
but daily it is 1$- so lets see after 3 months you will pay -90$ even if your profit is 100$
so go long for long term for me is not a good option,
most brokers take a lot and gives very less on GOLD,
so if you have islamic account then fine still after 7 days it start counting the interest,
so as i saind long term,
i dont want to argue wit you and anyone else,
i dont argue because argument is about WHO IS right,
and Discussions about WHAT IS RIGHT,
so focus on what is right for you,
stop this silly comments and focus on trading,
yes gold moved up a lot and many have benefitted Good well done,
but we focus on bigger picture,

I closed most of my shorts at 2453.50 I longs at this zone and will set my stops to +1. I thonk price can go back to retest or break highs one more time. In case it doesnt ill leave a short runner open.

Finally we got a nice rejection today. 2450 break will bring more downside this week.
