of course you're right... it's not just price that exists, there's also Time... it's a shame that if you think about it all the indicators are related to price.

Yes, of course there is time (even if time is just a human concept).
Still, why do you think that some projections into the future based on some very basic mathematical formulas, mean anything???
The whole Fibonacci sequence is just that.
You would need to actually show, using the scientific method, that this is some actual fact in reality.
Otherwise, it's just your biased imagination.
IOW, post hoc, ergo hoc fallacy, or confirmation bias fallacy.

pls master coders i need help to hide the last current unfinished macd bar in the macd indicator below and also let they be an arrow alert option to signify when a macd bar retest on the candlestick chart.......for this action will help me make better trading decision thereby chanelling all my focus to the last finish macd bar. for my trading system is made of only macd bars and candlestick, and i have the ''hide current candlestick indi'' already. SO THIS WILL COMPLETE EVERYTHING.

every signal may not be holygrail but with history and back testing this indicator seems good profitable - filtered version may be a highly profitable indicator.

Then it's obvious that you should write a paper and send it to a scientific journal, and go through the peer review process, and you are likely to get the Nobel Prize in finances.
Or... is it more likely, that you are suffering the Dunning-Kruger effect?

arrows will be printed with closed bars with any timeframes
this is 15 min chart - but if you find it often repainting then you need to be extra careful.
i had checked and optimized it with 1 min chart eurusd for any repainting and found none but my testing might not be 100% correct.

all i m doing is revising and altering various indicators for any better reliable results if it works for you, then fine - if not then just simply ignore them please.

Arrows only appear when you toggle time frames and they never appear in a live chart. And when you toggle between charts, Signals are at least 5 candles late. It's called hindsight I believe...

I am referring to test-4 edition.

yes....it's all my imagination...just as the books by BRYCE GILMORE or those by ROBERT MYNER or those by MICHAEL JENKINS are all imagination...dozens of books that talk about the time factor...but in any case it's not me who I have to convince you otherwise...we have different ideas about Time and I respect yours.

EXAMPLE: corrective wave ABC
once wave A and wave B have formed, the target of wave C is found in terms of price and time with certain fibonacci ratios of A and B projected by wave B. that's why I asked you if there was an indicator with projections...that's all...nothing transcendental...and if these very simple projections can help...why not???

how many thousands of traders use the AB=CD pattern?? There is a price and time structure behind this pattern.... not even on purpose, your coder colleague JEANLOUISE also coded the geometric figure of the quadrilateral to identify AB=CD in geometric terms

Yes, you are correct!
Until you can show actual scientific evidence, those books are only selling ideas.
And nothing more.
Too bad people are gullible and buy ideas unsupported by any objective evidence (the scientific method).
Show me some actual scientific papers with real peer reviewed and independent evidence that those ideas represent the reality, please.
And, please do not reffer me back to those books, because they are not evidence.
They present some claims, or ideas.
I want actual scientific evidence that these ideas actually model reality.

PS. I don't know why people don't understand this???
Books are most often only selling ideas - people sell books.
Just because someone wrote a book or two, does not mean that the ideas in the book represent reality.
Too many people believe stuff based on unsupported claims.

here it is a very simple example on EURUSD with ABC wave or the so called AB =CD pattern(as you can see I also included Jeanlouie's QUADRILATERE)

question: how do I find point D?? distance AB (impulse wave) translated from point C (BC corrective wave). Point D can be NORMALLY 61.8% or 100% or 161.8% or 200% of AB but I've seen other % come into play.
This is the same as regards the Time factor...i.e. the distance in TIME of AB is translated from point C. in our case I have that point D1 is located on 61.8% of price and 1.382% of time while point D2 is located at 100% of price and 200% of time.
there are thousands of similar examples on all time frames...

the market forms certain patterns that repeat themselves over time and space.. again and again... so why not exploit them??


Can I know in advance whether the market will stop at point D1 or point D2? no! but knowing in advance that at those prices and in that time I have a high probability of reversal... it's certainly a great advantage... don't you think?

then there are other methods to increase the probabilities...but this is certainly not the place to address them....for those who want other examples of price and time, I sometimes write here:
