Don't call on the bears to avoid complicating matters further
I see that we will soon return to 1.0710, possibly with upcoming news, and what is happening now is preparation for a sell-off so that the bears will crawl in to pounce on the EUR/USD pair and slide it downwards.
Successful trading is knowing yourself, not the market.

Ops sorry for the misleading post, the trend is going up today but if 1.0735 gives up in any case - news etc. then its possible eu to drop all the way down as long as it sits below 1.0776!

Don't fear the bear, as long you are keeping the stop loss rules but when not worst things can happen instead of a small loss!

Another note for today. We have a series of red data coming up in US session, to remind me and hope you all don't get in a FOMO because of first data, real play probably enter when ISM Services is out.
A bigger note for this week, UK elections + US Independence Day + NFP + France elections + Japan's habits of intervene FX in holidays/weekend....those events are well enough for me to stop praying for bulls reckless. Play both side and take the money.
In the case of France elections (UK and US also). It actually doesn't matter which side will win, to markets its all about certainty, and the new government always want to do something good to buy favors (donation) for them (not from the people for sure, we have to pay tax already). You can look back to the gap in Monday to see this through. Why I said that the 2nd round no longer bother, Macron's centrist simply just have to ally with left-wings NPF to hold right-wings NR in contempt, he still have the president seat until 2027.

salam to all and good afternoon.......EU seems to be flying but it should be kept in mind that we are also in a reversal zone that can either cause a moderate correction or complete reversal to the downside therefore the possible reversal area 1.0760-80 should be closely watched.

The DXY has just taken 45mins (9 attempts) to correct the 09:55 bullish candle here at 105.600. Quasi volatility and news aside, suggests there may be a short option on the EU. 1.07410 would be my target ....

Decent confirmation on the M5 & M15 level in support of EU short. let's see how the hour closes out, may be a pullback entry to follow if the move continues.
