This would correlate with most diamond patterns on the weekly chart. I understand fundamental and technical analysis may contradict that move, but the diamond pattern don't lie either. I like your analysis.

EUR/USD consolidated above 1.0720 low it printed yesterday after a failure to reach above 1.0776 at US session. The downmove could continue at 1.0714 to close the hourly gap or some lower at 1.0706 low. If that last doesn't hold then it will open the road for 1.0685/67 weekly lows. From the other a successful bounce above the 1.0720/14/06 should first lead price at well know resistance of 1.0761/64 before 1.0770/76. A break above the last should meat 1.0788 S2 weekly resistance and 1.0800.

Daily volatility (range) 46 pips

Option expiries for Tuesday: 1.0600 (EU441.4m), 1.0700 (EU433.4m), 1.0775 (EU330.4m) Source: financialjuice.com

I have 0715 and 0710 as support so close enough

Yestarday was hice and big volume. Bears on the TOP - total contract 213800 and delta "-"7419 (very more)
Today bears again into come - total 22000 and delta "-"2850
Today all traders wait Powel speak.
Price will be on flat and no move UP or DOWN.
Bulls geted what they need. Also new hight at last 9 days.

I'll be sitting on the beach waiting for my wave to form today ... Watching for a pullback on the DXY before a rally of around 485 $points to shy of a double top and buyside liquidity, supporting a retracement on the EU ahead of short to just below the 1.0700 mark (62 pips) ...

A little fairy tale.

Fed meeting on June 12 - a sharp decline in CPI inflation in the United States.
The June 27 election debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump was a disaster for Joe Biden.
Trump’s rhetoric and plans include significant restrictions on foreign trade, in particular with the EU and China; introducing a 10% tariff on imported goods (international “trade war”). Trump is also threatening to replace the head of the Fed, Powell, who cannot cope with inflation and does not lower the interest rate.
The likelihood of Trump returning to the White House has increased.
And so, for Powell, reducing the rate in September, before the elections, as if trying to play along with the Democrats, could turn out badly. How to work then with Trump, the most likely president now?
The important thing now is that the next Fed meeting will be on November 7th, two days after the presidential election on November 5th.
Is it possible that the Dollar will increase its demand as a protective asset (?) of the stable and largest economy in the world.

Everyone needs to think about this today.
