So when I got stopped out, it is better to do it early.
I didn't wanna freak out over the price possibly bouncing back against my trade.
Cutting losses sooner rather than later seemed most sensible ways in protectin capital , especially since the price had already busted through the previous SRF zone.
I figured it was just a trick to lure in traders like us.

I checked out the higher time frame charts (like Daily and H4), and noticed the price hadn't hit the objectives for those time frames yet.
So, chances were high it would head in that direction before making a U-turn.



Right now, the price hit the QM zone, which might suggest it's looking to drop even more.
But you know how it is with prices—it'll pretty much do whatever it feels like doing.

It's a bit tough, but sometimes you gotta make sacrifices to cut those losses short, right?
That way, your big wins have a better chance to shine.
The trick is to always keep your eyes on the prize: minimizing those small losses so the big wins can thrive.
And hey, don't sweat it if you have to take a loss now and then—that's just part of the game.

Thanks for your comment.
While Fibonacci retracement levels are indeed a part of my analysis toolkit, I don't rely solely on them for identifying key zones.
Instead, I take a holistic approach, considering various factors such as price structure, support and resistance zones, trendlines, and market sentiment.

Fibonacci retracement levels are helpful for confirming potential reversal or entry points, but they're just one piece of the puzzle.
I find that combining them with other technical analysis methods gives me a more comprehensive view of the market dynamics and helps me make more informed trading decisions.
So, in essence, while Fibonacci levels are valuable, I use them in conjunction with other techniques to determine trade zones and confirmations.
