Watch if we close the daily above or below this trendline. Above 2300 seems to be the current support, but below the trend line and under 2300 on a daily close I would expect nothing less than the bearish action. Watching closely

As you can see from the chart, I'm closely monitoring a major trendline for gold. If we witness a daily close below this trendline and the $2,300 mark, it could signal a significant shift in the market. However, it's worth noting that trendlines often retest, which may lead to another move up, potentially around the areas marked by my arrows.

Now, let's not get too hasty with our short positions. It's important to remember that trendlines are more of a general guideline, and the exact path of gold's price movement may deviate from what the arrows suggest. That being said, if we do see a close below the trendline and the $2,300 level, followed by a monthly close in the same direction, it's possible that we could be headed towards filling the gap around $1,840. At the very least, we might see a move to the $2,045 area.

The orange lines on the chart represent important zones and potential targets for shorts. As always, keep in mind that the market is unpredictable, so stay informed and be prepared for any potential shifts
