nothing like hindsight - i was wondering why gold turned where it did. took a bit of trendline drawing and bingo.

thought I had mapped out all the possible extensions but obviously missed this one.

reckon gold will open down and then move up.

if it open up then i'll close my long. easy peasy.

Besides potential escalation of war in the Middle East which will probably drive Gold up...

Gold almost always attempts to fill a wick, so I'm thinking an attempt will be made on last week's weekly wick (so more up movement).

Gold challenged a 40 yr old trend line, what will happen now?

These are 12 month candles, with the beginning trend line one around 1980.

People see price "following" a trend line as liquidity, double top as liquidity, triple top as liquidity, what is this "liquidity" according to you?

liquidity is found above previous highs and below previous lows. you can check some of my charts i posted in my thread to get an idea of what im talking about. Grey boxes are Liquidity zones

The drama is just beginning and Gold going down big is highly improbable in my opinion. Up is much more likely -- and there is lots of liquidity up.

Probable top failure but still not! Signal done at 2365.24 but confirmation not yet at 2325 and 19 , one tl breakout and another at test. So may market open with a bounce 3rd h4 candle towards 2370/80 before test confirmation or confirm and correct before reconfirm and breakout for next tl daily 2280 to below 2267 possible. So gold may play while bear pressure intact and all within bull set up still! Take care

the attacks on Israel have not caused any huge damage to Israel. If this is one off and finished and if US convinces Netayanhu to not attack Iran gold will come down on Sunday opening.

That is not the price of Gold nor any future price. That is simply the result of BTC crashing 8% a few hours ago, because BTC trades on weekends.

BTC/XAU also crashed to 26oz, and every crypto collapsed against USD and Gold. That doesn't mean Gold/USD moved a penny.
