Don't forget it's friday. Next week start of Q2 and the release of the Tankan survey. I don't expect a build-up of carries for the rest of the day. Pressure will be on the short side due to some profit taking.
The surprise in weaker japanese production this week may hint a weaker Tankan. And on the japanese housewifes front: japanese workers receive a summer bonus in june, so there's some more cash for the housewifes to send oversees

My GBPJPY & AUDJPY longs have done very well this month. Overall equity is up by a massive 145% since june 1st and qualifies as my second best month ever in absolute dollar terms. Some of that is still unrealized but a good result anyway.
The only negative is my CADJPY longs, they're struggling since today's action, it caught me completely by surprise. But I'm trading this one on a mini account so not much damage.
