It hit the original 91.15, but the drop has made the floating number get lower. now its at 90.73.. more drop means it drops some. equal will be somewhere below 90.73 for NY. I have to check it live when pa is near..

both tl are going up. The break of the bottom one would make it bearish. The tl are both opposite of the likely developing pattern. If they both point down. Its more biased to bullish.
