Florida condo prices are really dropping. Was a time when I thought of picking up one, but no way. that market is collapsing, hopefully not literally. The state is going to take a real beating this year. The state government should be more concerned about physical reality than cultural issues.

The Florida Peninsula is made of limestone from some ancient coral reef. The coral is porous. So at high tide/hurricanes/etc the cement footings get saltwater inside. This is corroding the steel rebar. I will not be surprised to see more condos built with cocaine money. In the 1980s fall down. The footings hold the entire weight of the building. Back then they used unprotected rebar. The same with bridges etc. Let's not even talk about the insurance. Some will pay more for insurance than their mortgage payments. One thing about insurance companies. They are not just gonna give money away. They see the cost and have believed in Global warming for a while.
When your insurance cost as much as a mortgage payment. Something has to give. It will not be insurance. So the value of the property will fall. All those condos on the Florida East coast are accidents waiting to happen. They are coming up 50 years on salt air/water.

The rain your getting may help agriculture land.

Oh and limestone is a corrosive. Added with salt water and some air... What could possibly go wrong with the rebar?

10 years... Many of those condos are late 70s to 80s... Houston we have a problem.

Things will change on a uj drop.. I got fair value at 147.17.. If it goes down. That number should fall some. When closer to it. I will try to post it. It may be a place to long.

The kiwi started dropping before those others. The kiwi may find a bottom first..91.15 is equal demand. But it may drop a little more with other yen pairs.. Lets see how it happens..

The kiwi may have set up a long.. Its already too far. When the ny hits 91.15.. It may be time to look for a nu long to equal.. By that time the nu level will change. ATm its equal at 61.32.. Since the ny may bottom.. It may set this up.
The kiwi may gain some st power at NY equal
